Fiona McFarlane
Fiona handles first-stage investment procedures and has a particular interest in longevity, food tech, and fintech.

Fiona set up and ran Monaco’s first editorial consultancy aimed at startups and boutique financial firms for several years before relocating to London in 2016 to specialize in Financial Innovation. With a strong focus on emerging technology, Fiona spent several years analyzing and working with Fintech's most active layers of startups, banks, and regulatory bodies in Europe, US, Central Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Middle East before setting up MMC.
Fiona holds a double Masters degree from Edinburgh University, and a Financial Technology & Innovation diploma from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Daragh Summerfield
Daragh started his career in finance, working for boutique investment firms focusing on portfolio management. He worked his way to managing the most prominent team overseeing all European business. Daragh also has a history of entrepreneurship, having set up and sold several personal startups in the TMT space. This entrepreneurial background, experience in leadership and decades in finance allowed Daragh to excel in the private equity and VC space.
Daragh oversees all investment decisions for the group.

Ian provides business and technology advice to Partners, Investors and Entrepreneurs.
Recognized for inventing the technologies key to unlocking the potentials of a connected, interactive TV in 2000, the ex-Sky Board member has spent a career developing iconic Television and Media Innovation for the largest companies including TVzor, Sky and Fox.

Today, Ian provides strategic and technical guidance on Telecom, Media and Financial Innovation to government bodies, banks, global corporations, telecommunication companies and is spearheading innovation in Africa.
Ian has been an active investor and investment advisor since 2010 in Crypto, AI, Fintech and IT Innovation.

This deep operational background, combined with a track record of navigating complex market cycles, has made him a sought-after authority, with his insights frequently featured in Bloomberg, the Financial Times, and The Wall Street Journal.

Daniel Summerfield
Daniel Summerfield is a dynamic investment analyst specializing in private equity and venture capital business models.
An engineer’s mindset, Daniel spent 5 years in the private wealth management sphere in Dublin and Amsterdam acquiring his CySEC exam and his CFA Charterholder.
Main responsibilities: compliance, internal systems portfolio management, financial analysis and benchmarking, supporting the investment team on investment leads and live deals, profiling customers to develop new value propositions and identify different segments; Customer acquisition, retention and engagement projects
